AMEPIP coordinates and monitors corporate governance actions and policies to ensure a fair and transparent climate at the level of public enterprises.
Obiectives
The Agency for the Monitoring and Evaluation of the Performance of Public Enterprises aims to represent the centre of excellence in terms of corporate governance.
AMEPIP has also set the following specific objectives:
- Accession to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), representing one of the most important forums for the debate of economic and social policies at the global level.
- Effective administration of state property!
- Monitoring of corporate governance indicators.
