The Agency for the Monitoring and Evaluation of the Performance of Public Enterprises will draw up a report on decision-making transparency, provided for in annex no. 7 to the methodological norms for the application of Law no. 52/2003 on decision-making transparency in public administration, adopted by GD no. 831/2022, which will be published by April 30 of each year for the previous year.
