Today, AMEPIP signed an educational partnership with Envisia Boards of Elite, dedicated to supporting the principles of corporate governance and continuous learning at board level. This strategic partnership underscores our commitment to promoting responsible and effective corporate governance. The partnership strengthens AMEPIP's role of coordinating and monitoring corporate governance actions and policies to ensure a fair and transparent climate at the level of public enterprises.
We also want to thank Envisia for the invitation to join the Future of Governance International Conference as institutional partners and for the presence of Mihai Precup, President of AMEPIP in the Year in Review: Global, Regional and Local Trends in Corporate Governance panel.
